Our products are facial care devices, notably the LED light therapy mask. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on the product page.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. LUMAE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, products being invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order validation.

4. Order

Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The validation of the order constitutes signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times are 7 to 21 days depending on the destination. Free delivery for orders over 60€.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
